
A ferry travelling from Java to Bali ran around on a coral reef near the holiday island, BaliDiscovery.com has reported. The ferry, carrying 326 passengers and 27 vehicles from Katapang, East Java, to Gilimanuk, Bali, ran aground approximately 2km from Gilimanuk, having been pulled off course by strong currents. The vessel was recovered hours later, and all passengers escaped unhurt.
