Hanoi to host first serial press photo showAn exhibition of serial press photos by six Vietnamese and American photographers will open at the Maison des Arts in Hanoi on June 20. Entitled “7 stories”, the show, the first of its kind in Vietnam, is held to mark the Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day (June 21), and raise funds to support Agent Orange/dioxin child victims through auction of the photos. A photo named “Love in poverty” captured by Justin Maxon from the US, which won the Daily Life Singles’ first prize at the prestigious World Press Photo Contest 2007 will be introduced to the local audiences. The four Vietnamese photographers include Na Son, Trong Tung, Trong Chinh and Lam Khanh. The other American is Justin Mott. (Source: VNA) |
