Moc Chau’s potentials and advantages for tourism development have been evaluated highly in all the speeches and ideas presented in the seminar. The Moc Chau Plateau has temperate climate and beautiful natural scenery, suitable for ecological and leisure tourism. However in their speeches, some delegates evaluated that tourism development in Moc Chau is insufficient and needs the solutions to strengthen tourism co-operation and development such as: making detailed and master plans for tourist areas, organizing the seminars with different subjects, inviting consultants and investors, creating trademark, developing types of leisure tourism, attracting domestic tourists at the weekends, associating with neighboring provinces in making tours, developing cultural villages, promoting Moc Chau in the mass communications.

One of the advantageous conditions for Moc Chau tourism development is Prime Minister has approved the strategy on tourism to develop Moc Chau as a national tourist site and an attractive destination in Vietnam.

In the finish of the seminar, leader of Son La Province emphasized that under the leadership of the Communist Party, Government and the support of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and VNAT, Moc Chau will overcome all difficulties, find the positive solutions to develop Moc Chau as a national tourism site according to the decision approved by Prime Minister, create new and unique tourism products for tourist attraction, determine on developing Moc Chau tourism to be corresponding with its available potentials.

The Costa Classica, which belongs to the European leading company, Costa Croiciere S.p.A, plans to carry passengers to Vietnam every two weeks.

The tour includes visits to Ho Chi Minh City and some places such as Danang, Hoi An, My Son and Hue in Central Vietnam.

In Ho Chi Minh City, the tourists, mostly from Italy, Spain, Japan, Britain and German, will visit the Cu Chi underground tunnel and some businesses, go shopping in Ben Thanh Market and take a ride on trishaws.

In Central Vietnam, they will visit Danang City, Ngu Hanh Son marble mountains, Thien Mu Pagoda, Minh Mang Tomb, the ancient city of Hoi An, and Sa Huynh Museum, and take boat trips along the Huong and Thu Bon rivers.

The collection won the top prize at the Biennial of Black and White Photography in Slovakia in 2008 – a competition held by the Federation of International Art Photography (FIAP).
