About The Peninsula Hong Kong and Swiss International Air Lines
The Peninsula Hong Kong and Swiss International Air Lines have teamed up on several occasions in the past and most recently offered an exceptional culinary experience for passengers flying on SWISS flights from Hong Kong to Zurich. Selected dishes, created by The Peninsula’s Executive Chef, Florian Trento, have been served in SWISS’ First and Business Class cabins starting in September 2009 and until September 2010.
The “SWISS Taste of Switzerland” is a culinary concept that began in 2002, and features food, wine and other regional specialties from different cantons in Switzerland. After many years of success, SWISS is expanding the concept to an outstation and The Peninsula is SWISS’ first partner.
