Day 1: Saigon arrival |
Saigon is a fast growing city, which is changing day by day and recognized by high buildings and big roads. The ongoing changes in economy have given the city a really cosmopolitan and dynamic character. Upon arrival at Saigon’s Tan Son Nhat Airport, you are welcomed and transferred to your hotel. Rest of the day is at your leisure. Overnight in Saigon.

Day 2: Cu Chi Tunnels & half day city (B) |
In the morning at 8am you will departure for the Cu Chi Tunnels, 70 km northwest of Hochiminh City. The Cu Chi Tunnels are an impressive network of tunnels with a length of over 250 km. This strategic place was used by 15,000 Viet Cong fighters during the war. Despite all the bombings, Cu Chi people were able to continue their lives beneath the soil, where they slept, ate, planned attacks, healed their sick and taught their young. Some even wed and gave birth underground. Return to Saigon for lunch, then we continue our day with a visit to the highlights of Saigon including the Central Post Office, the Notre Dame Cathedral, the Reunification Palace and the War Crimes Museum. Rest of the day, we can do shopping at Ben Thanh Market and boutiques along Dong Khoi Street. Overnight in Saigon.

Day 3: Saigon –Vinh Long (B, L, D) |
|
Our tour starts with a drive (3 hours) through the Mekong Delta to Vinh Long Province; from here we board our river boats for a cruise along the endless waterways of the mighty Mekong. One of our stops will be to a small restaurant serving the local delicacies on the river. We arrive at the lush orchards of Vinh Long where we spend the night in a local home stay. The accommodation is simple – but it provides a unique experience and the chance to get to know a local family.

Day 4: Vinh Long - Can Tho (B, L) |
|
After having breakfast, we bid farewell to our hosts we will cruise to visit Ong Giao Garden and the handicraft village to see how bricks and pottery items are made. The visit also allows you to discover how fish sauce and soya bean sauce is made. We arrive in Vinh Long Town for lunch. After lunch, it takes about 1.5 hours to arrive Can Tho, which is considered to be the heart of the Mekong Delta. Overnight in Can Tho.

Day 5: Can Tho –Cai Rang –Chau Doc (B, L) |
Today you will get up very early for breakfast so that we will be on time to catch amazing scene of Cai Rang Floating Market. Trip starts at 6.30hours with a river cruise to Cai Rang. There a chance to capture the most impressive pictures of the lively market on water and opportunities to buy some fruits and interact with local people. Leaving the market, take another boat trip along the river bank and canals to witness the local daily life; then relax in an orchard before boating back to the quay. More time to stroll around Can Tho City while waiting for lunchtime or collect luggage and check out for approximately 4 -hour journey to Chau Doc. Upon arrival in Chau Doc, we will get to the top of Sam Mountain for the great sunset view. Overnight in Chau Doc.

Day 6: Chau Doc –boat trip to Phnom Penh (B) |
Breakfast in hotel and aboard a speed boat at 8.30 am. It is recommended that you should prepare some snacks to aboard. The boat approaches Vinh Xuong border gate where passengers complete entry procedures. Continue to Cambodia cruising on Tone Le Sap River. We would reach Phnom Penh International Port (Sisowath Street) approximately at 13.30. Our local guide in Phnom Penh will great you and transfer you to hotel in Phnom Penh. Rest of the day we can take a rest after a long journey. Overnight in Phnom Penh.

Day 7: Phnom Penh city tour (B) |
|
At 8am there will be a pick up from your hotel and departure for the Silver Pagoda located in the Royal Palace enclosure and the royal gardens. The morning touring includes the National museum, Royal Palace, Silver Pagoda and Wat Phnom. After lunch we are back to Cambodia’s tragic history at the Tuol Sleng Museum. The next stop in the afternoon is the killing fields of Choeung Ek. Our day ends with a stroll around the Russian Market. Overnight in Phnom Penh.

Day 8: Phnom Penh –boat trip to Siem Reap (B) |
Today we have an early breakfast for a scenic boat trip to Siem Reap, which departs at 7.30am. Depending on the water level, duration on board is different. Normally, the boat trip takes around 4-5 hours during the rainy season and may take up to 7 hours during the dry season. Arriving in Siem Reap, we will check in at hotel for relaxation. As an option, you can freely to visit the Cambodian Cultural Village, where shows up multiple activities and performances including traditional Apsara dance. Overnight in Siem Reap.

Day 9: Siem Reap (B) |
|
In the morning, we will explore Angkor Thom, the site of the ancient capital of the Khmer period. Visit the South Gate, Bayon, Royal Enclosure, Phimeanakas, Elephant Terrace and the Terrace of Leper King. Then, we visit Ta Prohm, which many consider to be the most charming of all the temples. We spend the full afternoon exploring the main Angkor Wat Temple and enjoy sunset at the hilltop temple of Phnom Bakheng. Overnight in Siem Reap.

Day 10: Siem Reap (B) |
|
Morning enjoy with Artisan D’Angkor and Silk farm, are the carving and weaving school that support to the poor villagers to be trained. Then visit Wat They is one of the killing sites that happen recently, Land Mine museum and Old market. In the afternoon, enjoy a drive for about 45mins through lovely countryside to visit Bantaey Srei and Bantaey Same, which many consider Bantaey Srei to be the prettiest temple. Overnight in Siem Reap.

Day 11: Siem Reap –floating village (B, L, D) |
|
Early morning drive to the floating village at Tonle Sap lake and do a cruise crossing the interesting floating village where will see the floating houses, school, restaurants and some government offices are built on the bamboo rafts then will cruise out to Kampong Kliang village also there are a lot more fisherman and farmers are working on the lake side. Kampong Kliang is the village that will be change in the two seasons, rainy season the whole village will be covered by water and dry season will the houses are on stilt between 10 to 15meters high. Tonight, will invite join with the family dinner and have a nice home stay in the village. Overnight at the home stay in the village and dinner is included with the family.

Day 12: Siem Reap (B, L) |
After breakfast, driving pass the fantastic villages and fields to visit the lost temple of Beng Mealea. Beng Mealea is the Hindu temple was built early 12th century by the king Suriyavaraman II that surrounding by moat and wall that made of the massive sand stone, both side of the cause way are flanking by the crouching lion and Naga balustrade. Picnic lunch will be near by the temple. Afternoon return to Siem Reap and accommodate at the hotel.

Day 13: Siem Reap depature (B) |
|
Some last minute to relax or do shopping before a transfer to the airport for the flight to your next destination.
