The Hotel Lao is located in the heart of Vientiane's Chinatown, near convenience shops, fruit stalls and evening food markets. Many of the city's well-known restaurants, traditional markets, and ancient temples are within a few minutes walk. The Cultural Hall and National Museum are just three blocks away. The central fountain "Nam Phu" is less than a 10-minute walk. The hotel is a five minute taxi ride from the Wattay International Airport.
