Day 1: Hanoi –night train to Lao Cai |

At 8h30 pm, we will pick you up at your hotel and transfer to Hanoi Railway Station for overnight train to Lao Cai.

Day 2: Lao Cai –Sapa –Ta Van (B. L, D) |
Arrive in the early morning (around 6am), you will take a 45 –minute drive to Sapa. After refreshing and breakfast, you will start the trekking day (6km) on the hillside trails up and down to Ta Van area. Picnic lunch and you will visit two different hill tribes (Black H’mong & Zay) on the way. Today you will be the guests of minority people, have simple dinner and overnight at the nice house of the hill tribes. |

Day 3: Ta Van –Cat Cat –Sapa (B, L) |
After breakfast, you say goodbye to the host and do a short trek (20 minutes) to the bridge, where our waiting vehicle will pick you up for a drive back to Sapa. Then you walk down to another black H’mong village of Cat Cat. In Cat Cat, you can see the waterfall, the old French hydro power station and have another chance to visit local houses on the way back. In the afternoon, you have free time to explore the town with Sapa Market and Ham Rong Mountain. Overnight in Sapa. |

Day 4: Sapa –minority market –Lao Cai (B, L) |
Today we will take on excursion to a local minority market. Depending on the day of the week, we can visit Bac Ha Market (only held on Sunday), Can Cau Market (only held on Saturday) or Coc Ly Market (only held on Tuesday). It is a precious opportunity for you to have nice photos of colorful market. On the way to Lao Cai railways station, we will pay a visit at villages of Flower H’mong people. Overnight on train. |

Day 5: Hanoi arrival |
|
Arrive in Hanoi in the early morning, our guide will transfer you back to your hotel. End of services by Indochina Travel Service.
